Equalities Associates
Equalities Associates Ltd., is an organisational development consultancy which
specialises in the design and implementation of equality/diversity
training for private and public-sector organisation.
Our approach follows the highly acclaimed U.S. Armed Forces "equality model
" which has been anglicised and successfully implemented within the MET Police,
Inland Revenue, Lloyds-TSB, etc., and is currently achieving client
satisfaction rates of 90% plus.
Jerome Mack MBE

Mr Jerome Mack is the Managing Director,
Equalities Associates Limited, a firm specialising in the
formulation of diversity strategies for private and public sector organisations, and the delivery of training programmes to bring equal opportunity
policy objectives to fruition. He currently provides consultation and training
to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, Churches
Commission for Racial Justice, and the Fire Service, etc. In 1988 he was
commissioned by the Cabinet Office (OMCS) to conduct a
research project on equal opportunity programmes throughout central government |
departments
and comparable organisations within the public sector. His resultant report informed EO strategies throughout the country and in 1989
he firm was selected by the Home Office to provide community and race relations
training to all 43 Police Forces within England and Wales, a position which he
held until 1999.
In 1998 Mr Mack was awarded the MBE in recognition of his work
in the field of Race Relations in Britain, and in particular, his work within
the Home Office in promoting positive police-community relations. In the same
year he was honoured in his local community by being selected as Business
Personality of the Year!
Mr Mack is a graduate of the University of Nebraska , is
married with three children and includes swimming, reading and travelling
Lizzie Walker

Miss Elizabeth Walker is a senior consultant with
Equalities Associates Limited, a firm specialising in the design
and delivery of bespoke diversity/race relations training programmes to public
and private sector organisations. She is a former staff member of the Home
Office Specialist Support Unit , with responsibility for providing
consultation and training to Police Forces on community and race relations.
Miss Walker has also provided consultation and training to a wide range of |
clients, to include Inland Revenue,
Customs and Excise, NHS, Lloyds TSB,
Harrods, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury
etc. and she specialises in cross-cultural conflict management. Miss Walker
recently co-designed and wrote an e-learning programme on equality and
diversity issues.
Francesca Hailes

Ms Francesca Hailes is a senior consultant with
responsibility for FE and HE sector clients.
A former teacher with extensive international experience, Francesca was
formerly the Deputy Director, Home Office Specailist Support
Unit, with responsibility for equalities/ diversity training for senior Police
Officers. |
