  1. Can the programme be customised with our logo, etc?
     
  answer Yes. Inclusion of organisational logo and a personal statement and portrait of the Chief Executive are included in the purchase/lease price.
     
  2. How can the programme be delivered?
     
  answer The programme can be delivered by internet ( for a hosting fee), by Intranet, CD-Rom or by a dedicated learning kiosk.
     
  3. How often will the programme be reviewed and updated?
     
  answer The programme will be reviewed quarterly and updated annually for an annual fee of £1,000 inclusive of support.
     
  4. Can the programme be changed to incorporate local issues?
     
  answer Modifications to the programme are possible, with charges dependent upon the modifications desired.
     
  5. What type of management information system is available with the programme?
     
  answer Users are able to track and print their own progress, whilst administrators have access to the entire system.
     
  6. How do your costs compare with other training delivery methods?
     
  answer E-learning attracts costs of approximately £10-£15 per participant, whilst face-to-face training costs approximately £50-£100 per participant and distance-learning costs are usually between £20-£50 per person.
     
  7. Is your programme accredited?
     
  answer No, However, the materials are drawn from our OU-accredited programme, and the programme has been cross-referenced to the role-maps outlined in the Integrated Personal Development System.

  answer Equalities Associates Ltd. have been in business since 1984, and formally held the Home Office contract (1989-1999) to train the Police Service of England & Wales.

  answer The programme has been reviewed by more than 1600 people, and has been purchased by HMIC, CHI, local authorities, emergency services, colleges, housing associations, etc.
     
  10. Can e-diversity be combined with face-to-face training?
     
  answer Yes. A Trainer's Guide is provided which outlines how the programme can be supplemented by local training.
