The package requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater, and a screen resolution of 800x600 or higher. The only installed plug in required is Flash Player 7. Client PCs need not be very powerful but a certain minimum specification would be required to make using the package more practical. A minimum specification would be 266MHz PC with a 15” colour monitor (16 bit colour) with at least 128MB of internal memory.

We offer the following as Standard customisation to the Programs:
1. Change of Introductory text and picture of Fire Chief
2. Any Logo changes
3. Inclusion of email address as the Contact EMAIL

Custom Changes – In case of any specific changes OR any reporting requirements, a quotation can be provided for the same.

1. Hosting the programs on a SCORM conformant LMS - The courses will be delivered as .zip files and would be packaged separately as content objects. Each content object would need to be deployed in the LMS.

2. Hosting the programs on your own Server - The e-learning package must be installed on Microsoft Internet Information Server as supplied with Windows NT4 server or greater. It is built using ASP.Net , VBScript, Javascript, XML and Flash (requiring Flash Player 7 to be installed) and SQL Server 2000 as the backend. It uses approximately 15MB of disk space.

3. Access the programs from the Equalities Associates website – The programs are also available through the Equalities Associates web site, enabling multi-user access, and without having to install on a local network. The online version is based on a MS SQL Server database, and has the management level statistics for analysis.

Whichever installation option is chosen, the available bandwidth and the number of concurrent users can affect performance, although we have strived to make the package as efficient as possible. Also a detailed Installation Manual can be provided for Options 1 and 2.
